Help Desk Reloaded is a Web-based helpdesk customer support system. Its users can quickly log help desk tickets, and customer support representatives can track calls, assign priorities, etc.

Changes: This update adds the location and resolution date to the main trouble ticket management selection.


Changes: This release adds the search bar back into the navigation system on all pages. This revision also adds new pre-built reports for more quickly accessing trouble tickets by user name and a top five most annoying users report so you can see who is generating the most trouble tickets in your organization.


Changes: This update corrects problems with the property management system as well as a few minor issues with other files in the help desk.


Changes: A problem in 3.6.5.1 that prevented the help desk from installing correctly and the settings page from working was corrected. The password reset system was also updated to generate more user friendly email messages.


Changes: This release corrects minor bugs in the trouble ticket viewing page and the new trouble ticket creation page.

This help desk software works well. It was easy to install, and when i asked for some changed to be made they did it in about a week.
What more could you ask for!

We appreciate your feedback, we have provided a discussion form on the helpdeskreloaded.com web site where you can make suggestions as to how to change the interface to be more friendly. We regularly take users suggestions and implement them. Please provide your ideas and suggestions on our active discussion board so that we can make the help desk software best for ALL users. P.S. you can turn of 90% of the images in the install file. The online demo is not exactly how the end product looks. Also sometime in the next week we are releasing yet another version with improves upon the interface.
Overview
Man, this has to be the worst Web UI I've ever seen. From the demo, it looks far from RT bestpractical.com/rt/ both for the usability and the features.
I would be interested to hear the feedbacks from any actual users of this application other then the company behind it.

Did some updates, still need some work on the search page. if anyone wants to re-do it, please send me the code and help out everyone who is using the helpdeskreloaded help desk software.
