Xipe-Template
Xipe-Template is a compiling template class with no need for a new template language. It is filter based (with pre and post filters) and now available via PEAR. Multilingual support is seamless.

Changes: Due to changes in Log and quite a few complaints, the package has been made compatible.

Changes: The method getRenderedTemplate() has been added, and now {CONSTANT} is also echoed. A unit test for Filter_Internal::makePhpTags(), for the printing of constants, was added. {@$var} prints automatically now. 'addIfBeforeForeach' is excluded when autoBraces is off. You can use {endmacro} for ending a macro with autoBraces turned off. Some Windows issues were fixed, as well as various smaller bugs.

Changes: A forceRecache() method that forces the cache file to be rebuilt was added. Examples of its usage were included.

Changes: Most of the TagLib tags now work with autoBraces off. Nested includes and macros were finished. Compatibility issues with Windows were fixed, and some new examples were added.

Changes: Switch-case now works properly inside templates. The engine now optimizes PHP-tags by default.
