Changes: Httping was used to put an absolute URI in the GET/HEAD request when not via proxy, which is incorrect. This is now fixed.

Changes: Binding to an adapter did not work and "SIGPIPE" was not handled correctly. Both of these problems were fixed.

Changes: This release fixes a segmentation fault that happened in most cases.

Changes: HTTP status codes are now correctly interpreted (if selected).

Changes: measured latency can now be split into the time to connect and the time to exchange a request with the HTTP server. Showing the status-code no longer garbles the screen.
