Changes: Error handling has been improved. Buses can now be passed by name. A compatibility issue with perl 5.10.0 has been fixed.

Changes: A helper script for use with the i2c-stub kernel driver was added. i2cdump can now be passed a range of registers to read from. decode-dimms was extended to fully decode DDR2 SDRAM timings.

Changes: These tools were originally part of the lm-sensors package, but were finally split into their own package for convenience.
