icel.tcl
ICEL stands for Interactive Commands for E-Learning and consists on a set of .tcl scripts that gives learning capabilities to an eggdrop bot. It has been coded to be used on IRC help channels and uses a MySQL database to store the information.

Changes: The add putlog is on a more suitable place. On the get command, if the index supplied is 0, it returns the number of definitions for that key.
