Information currency issuance is generation of information currency units from submitted information. The information currency returned after a successful issuance can serve as a property title system based on the submitted information that creates its **own standard of economic value**, against which the value of other objects (other information currency, euros, renminbi, gold, cannabis seeds, etc.) can be estimated (through exchanges - the software to exchange information currency is under development).

Information currency is a type of document that enables information to create its own standard of value (individual information currency units). When a unit of information is represented by information currency, those who value the underlying information can purchase the scarce information currency units corresponding to that information.
The first public information currency service is at https://ic.infoeng.org/icws/services/ICWS?wsdl, but there is a long way to go to make it possible for people to evaluate and manage information through a stock-market type of interface.
I apologize if I haven't made it clear, but I am hoping that there will be great rewards for those who make the effort to use information currency! It's my intention that information currency will utimately be highly useful for communidb.com and many other sites, regardless of ineffective I am at explaining the idea to others. ;)
