Changes: This version includes better pthreads detection in the configure script, there is no need to explicity bind a IPv6 address on the server, and it binds to all IPv6 addresses when -V is used including IPv4 mapped addresses in some OSes. There is better support for printing IPv6 addresses, and support for setting the TOS field via IP_TOS and disabling the Nagle algorithm in supporting OSes. There was a clean up of stale or outdated files, debug messages for getaddrinfo were removed, and there is now better support for various std libraries.
