Services for IRC Networks (or just Services for short) provides for definitive nickname and channel ownership, automatic channel mode setting, memo (short message) storage and retrieval, and greater IRC operator control over the network.

      Changes: This release adds SUSPEND to the set of commands disallowed by the NSSecureAdmins configuration directive for use on Services administrators. A new configuration directive, NoAdminPasswordCheck, has also been added to disable password strength checks when Services administrators use SET PASSWORD or ChanServ REGISTER.

        Changes: This release fixes a bug which caused improper global messages about using Services administrator privileges to be sent when a Services admin uses UNSET for their own nickname. This also fixes a bug that potentially caused crashes when connecting to an InspIRCd or Unreal server.
