Changes: Support was added for recode, isupport (005), passive DCC, and network-specific ignoring. Paste detection was updated. A lot of fixes and other additions were made.

Changes: New features include UTF-8 support, a fully configurable statusbar, and an ICB chat protocol plugin. Curses is no longer required. Upgrading to a new version is now possible without disconnecting from the IRC server. Many other changes were made.

Changes: This release adds rewritten Perl scripting, DCC and /EXEC, better support for split windows, better IPv6 support, better nick completion logic, a fully configurable prompt, and several smaller new features and fixes.
