ISP-DB
ISPDB is an ISP provisioning system. It is a suite of software modules designed to automate the basic procedures involved in running an ISP: domain name registration and transfer, DNS setup, Web space allocation, Web server configuration, mail alias handling, POP account creation and customer billing. All customer transactions and administrative functions take place over a secure web interface.
