IWantVCD is a script that uses transcode to encode movies into VCD and SVCD format. It doesn't encode movies directly, but will give you the commands for encoding according to the options you choose in the configuration file and information probed from the movie files.

Changes: The script was fixed to consider movies with fps rates of 30, 23.9, and 29.9 as NTSC also. The -g argument is passed to transcode to specify source frame size. Information is obtained from the arguments instead of the avilib, so information is also gathered from other MPEG files. A NiceLevel option was added in the config files. File names with spaces will no longer cause an error. The default -x argument for transcode in config files was changed. It now specifies that mplayer shouldn't use a video codec when importing audio. This fixes problems with some movies that caused transcode to get stuck.

Changes: This version modifies some config files arguments for quality. Also, it no longer adds export_fps to VCD movies.
