The jab:ITS incident tracking system provides a browser-based help desk system for tracking and reporting customer support issues and occurrences. It features user registration and login, a list of incident items with a maximum of x number of items per page, the ability for customers to add and modify their own help desk items, the ability for administrators to modify any listing, the ability to search help desk items database by customer, product, keywords, etc., and email notification for customers and/or administrators.

Changes: Data fields are now configurable and can be modified in the Administration area. Incidents can now be assigned to users and will have a status of "Assigned" when assigned to a user. There are now five priority levels for incident items. Administrators can now delete incident items from the Modify Incident form. Some other minor changes and bugfixes have also been made.


Changes: A bug which caused an incident item to have no username associated with it if it was posted by a user who wasn't logged in has been fixed. A Username/Password Retrieval form has been added to the Login page.


Changes: Several minor bugs have been fixed. Escape characters in browser input are now properly removed, new lines in browser input are converted to break tags in HTML output, and the "Post Message" forms now automatically fill in the Username and Password fields for users that are logged in.


Changes: A message posting feature which allows users to discuss help desk issues has been added. The code has been cleaned up, resulting in some minor bugfixes.
