JabRef is a graphical Java application for managing bibtex (. bib) databases. It can import bibliographies in numerous formats, provides extensive searching, sorting, and grouping features, can automatically create bibtex keys, and can insert citations into LyX.

Changes: This release adds support for XMP metadata in PDF files, an improved interface for importing and exporting, and many bugfixes.


Changes: This release contains fixes for several bugs that caused headaches under Windows, as well as two new features. It is now possible to query ArXiv from JabRef, and one can now create custom author export formats from within JabRef.


Changes: This release adds an IEEEXplore search and download feature. It adds an option to store entries in their original order, and unsorted table view now shows entries in their original order. Keys can now be autogenerated for entries with missing keys before each save. This release adds the option to open multiple files at the same time, and the ability to drag files and WWW links into JabRef. It fixes a large number of bugs.
