jBalloon is a Java implementation of balloon-like tooltips. It allows you to combine the power of old-fashioned Java tooltips (font, color, size, HTML formatting, etc.) and modern balloon-like layout. jBalloon's design allows you to convert all old-style tooltips into the elegant popup balloons, without even recompiling.
