JBarcodeBean is a JFC Swing-compatible JavaBeans component that lets you barcode-enable Java 2 enterprise applications. It's usable either as a visible client-side component or as a server-side component that can encode a GIF barcode image into an OutputStream.

Changes: This release adds support for Code 11 and Extended Code 92 barcode formats.


Changes: Support for the Code 93 barcode format has been added. The build system has been changed to ANT.


Changes: Minor updates were made to the documentation. A "Copy To Clipboard" feature was added to the bundled demo (which works on platforms that support copying clipboard images in Java), which is useful for grabbing barcodes quickly for pasting into a document, for example.


Changes: This release adds support for the barcode formats EAN-13 and EAN-8.
