Changes: This release comes with SuperWaba 3.2, a new dictionary data catalog format, and some more menu items enabled.

Changes: This version includes new dicts, and a new naming scheme using ufolib for the full Unicode range.

Changes: This release is on the way to being end user usable. There is a Swing GUI to manage dictionaries and import XML dict data. Bugfixes have been made in the device version.
