Changes: This release adds many and varied minor feature enhancements and additions. It makes the generated pages slightly prettier and easier to follow.

Changes: A new extra stage to email a user with a confirmation URL when the user submits a request, changing jwsadmin to make "unconfirmed" entries not addable at this time, changing to a common config file, and cleanups for some minor code anomalies & warnings.
