Klavaro is a touch typing tutor that is very flexible and supports customizable keyboard layouts. Users can edit and save new or unknown keyboard layouts, as the basic course provided by the program was designed to not depend on specific layouts.

Changes: This version presents a completely new look and feel for the interface, though the whole program is basically the same. Big changes were made in the code to transition from from Glade-2 to GtkBuilder.


Changes: This version presents a new server scheme so that an online contest is available, with automated ranking of user scores on the Internet.


Changes: This release adds localization for Bangla and for Vietnamese. It uses "libcurl" instead of "wget" and "ftp-upload". Users duplication in the contest rankings is avoided. This release enables font selection at the introduction part of every tutor module. Some bugs related to loading text files were fixed.


Changes: Localization support for the United Kingdom was added. Logging the keyboard layout name to the fluidness contest was implemented. Some orthographic corrections were made. Tutor comments about performance try to be less rude. The least number of chars to apply for the fluidness ranking now is 500.


Changes: Urdu localization support was added, and the German translation was updated and completed. Some little bugs related to German and French text were fixed. The cursor now blinks more slowly in yellow (not black anymore). Scrolling is anticipated by one line before reaching the bottom of the tutor window.
