Version 0.13 of Koalog Configurator

This release includes a Web demo of Koalog Configurator. The demo (a car configurator) has been built using Koalog Configurator Web components and is available in several languages.

Changes: This release includes Koalog Constraint Solver 3.0, and is thus much faster. The Web components have been greatly improved; they are customizable with CSS and W3C compliant. The support matrix has been updated.

Changes: This release includes major changes: Swing GUI improvements, many bugfixes, and complete documentation for the Swing maintenance tool. It is shipped with Koalog Constraint Solver 2.2.
