Lanius CMS
Lanius CMS is a lightweight PHP dynamic Web authoring and content managment system with an embedded flat file database and support for any other database system. It is high speed, very secure, and fully internationalized and customizable. It works on PHP 4 and 5.

Changes: A new implementation of CAPTCHA was added. The password quality indicator now works with Firefox 3.x, Internet Explorer 7.x, Safari 3.2.x, and Google Chrome 2.x. Documentation was integrated for the administrative backend pages. Problems were fixed with FCKEditor, which has also been upgraded. Many XHTML validation fixes were made in both the frontend and backend. Major bug fixes and general improvements were made.

Changes: This version is a major feature enhancement and stabilization release. It contains major bugfixes and major improvements. Users impersonating the editor role can modify only their own creations and also publish them. Submissions are limited to registered users only. All elements have ownership. Major improvements were made to comment drabot. Mass operations were improved. Various other changes were made.
