LectroTest is an automatic, specification-based testing tool for Perl. Just declare properties that specify the expected behavior of your software, and LectroTest will check your software to see whether those properties hold. It does this by running thousands of trials in which your software is tested against the claims of your properties. LectroTest's testing engine is compatible with other Perl testing packages, fully configurable, and exposed as an object.
