LiteCommerce
LiteCommerce is a lightweight, easy to use online store-builder package that is designed to make launching an e-commerce store as easy as surfing the Web. The look of your store can be easily changed through a Web interface or by modifying templates in any HTML editor. It can be expanded with add-on modules, uses PHP and MySQL, and can run on most Web servers. For rapid installation, a Web based script and a Windows setup utility are included.

Changes: Major enhancements over the 1.x versions include optimized functionality and code, extended template engine syntax, the ability to add images in mail notifications, improved HTML design import usability, a mail templates editor, support for Tax on zip-code, offline payments for fax ordering and money ordering, 11 new add-on modules, extra fields for the product, the ability to change the layout of products and categories, and many other small features.

The support is great, I can not fault it.
They reply within 24 hours and are extremly clear with any clear issues you may have.
The technical support costs when considering what they actually do is extremly cheap. They are always happy to help and can sort out any mods to your store by logging on to your back end. Also if you let them do this, all your details are stores in there encrypted admin area with strick access.
I have over 1.5k of products, I do allot of cross selling so I actually have 4k product pages, pages load time average is 1sec to 3 sec. It is extremly easy to manage large numbers of products.
Version 2.2 is very stable plus with the added live update, any minor issues reported buy users and there architects are updated on your store back end with the click of a button.
I hope I have helped to answer your questions. Any other questions let me know. I use 15 of there modules and use Sales-n-stats which I don't think I could live without. Especially as it does help with customer care and site monitoring.

Lite Commerce Store Package
After trying a couple online store packages with much frustration I found a link to lite commerce. They offer a 30 day free trial, but we decided to jump right in and buy the basic store package. The back office to this store is excellant and very easy to use. Since purchasing the initial package we have added several of the add on packages. The tech support is great! They respond right away and are great at helping to work out any bugs that you may run into. The store looks wonderful and I think the package is really nice, easy to work with, and user friendly. If you need to hire tech support the rates are quite reasonable and it is worth the money. For a novice store builder the back office is very nice or if you are building the store for a customer they will be able to use it quite easily, and as I said before these guys are great with tech support and response time! Great software package!

We (www.Bedzrus.co.uk) having been selling beds on the internet for the last 4 years, we have become increasingly aware that we need to have an ecommerce shop to aid our customers and increase our sales.
There is so much ecommerce software on the market, but we were after technical support as well and software that was easy to use.
We found Litecommerce suited our needs perfectly; it not only had an HTML front end optimised for search engines but also had a great technical support package.
We opted for the Litecommerce Ready2Go Package, to insure the software was installed correctly and also took the pressure of us. All we needed to do was put our products on the shop and tweak the front end a little.
We have done various modifications to the shop, all of which have been carried out by the Litecommerce Technical support team. The support team are extremely efficient, very polite and quick to respond. I don’t know a great deal about PHP but you don’t need to with Litecommerce as the support team cover everything. The support packages available are also extremely well priced; you get a large amount of support points included in the package and extra points cost very little.
If I was to recommend an ecommerce shop software, it would definitely be Litecommerce. The shop is very easy to manage and their technical support can not be faulted.
Let’s face it, unless you’re a php guru, technical support is a must and this company have put a lot of thought into that aspect which gives us the retailers a well covered package.

I am considering purchasing LiteCommerce but am concerned over a few issues:
1) Support: from Russia?, finite duration based on purchase (45 days)
2) ability to handle 'unlimited products' - I have uploaded 5K products to demo site (out of 10k) and their are some obvious issues in usability (product list display etc.)
3) upgrades - started looking at v2.0 then v2.1 came out while I was still inquiring about v2.0 with Sales, they never mentioned the upgrade and from what I understand they charge for upgrading to new releases, and it could get pricey if you've done customization. Lack of good version release notes on their site.

Litecommerce 10/10 Software Recommended!
Recently, i purchased the Litecommerce software. I thought that it may be hard to setup, but it was as easy as clicking your fingers. I organised a hosting account, gave Litecommerce the details and it was all setup for me no hassles.
I then setup the website to suit my needs via the Administration pages with Ease. Support Was Great, any questions i had, i asked Litecommerce and they came back to me with in 24 hours. The problem was either fixed by there support team or they explained very clearly how to fix the problem.
The next step was to edit the Layout of the website using a WYSIWYG editor. It couldnt of been easier to customise the website.
Now im adding products to the site nearing completion ready for launch.
I cant say much more It all speaks for it self... Great Support, Excellent Ecommerce Software, Easily Managed and what more at a Cheap Price.
