MediaTomb
MediaTomb is a UPnP media server with a nice Web user interface. It allows you to stream your digital media through your home network and play it on a variety of UPnP compatible devices. MediaTomb implements the UPnP MediaServer 1.0 specification. The current implementation focuses on parts that are required by the specification. MediaTomb should work with any UPnP compliant MediaRenderer.

Changes: The UI was completely rewritten from scratch, and it uses AJAX for all requests. libupnp was integrated (http://pupnp.sf.net/) into the source tree. Largefile support was added. Taglib support was added. Track number metadata extraction was added. Workarounds were added to enable Telegent TG100 AVI playback. Support was added for "blind" .srt requests to serve subtitles files to renderers which support this feature. All items in containers with the upnp class object.container.album.musicAlbum will automatically be sorted by track number.
