MESSyFront is a frontend for the MESS emulator. The main goal of the project is to get the user into the emulation environment as quickly as possible. The secondary goal is targeting Tandy Color Computer users that run Linux (or *nix environments).

Changes: A bug that would prevent the user from entering the name of the ROM image without its extension or path was fixed.


Changes: A workaround has been added for a bug that stopped the launch of the emulator.


Changes: All error or informational messages are now prefixed with "MESSYFRONT:". The Python script was optimized a bit. Several bugs in the Python script were fixed. Minor modifications were made to the version numbering system.


Changes: MESSyFront now supports xMESS versions greater than 0.104. A Python script was added to help execute xMESS. The program now depends on Python 2.1 (or better) and pyGTK 2.8.x (or better).


Changes: This release fixes an apparent bug that would stop newer versions of MESS from beginning emulation.
