Changes: A new XML-based configuration format.

Changes: A -s option was added, which generates SDP files for each playlist, along with a new configuration directive ttl=, which specifies the time-to-live. A bug that caused all pipes to be set to MPEG-1 video elementary streams was fixed. A sample playlist is now included in the archive.
