Changes: This release uses /dev/arandom on OpenBSD, and falls back to 3DES as the Encrypt-Key cipher if IDEA is unavailable. It also sorts mail into the various mboxes if autoreply is not set and properly ignores whitespace in chain selection. Unused functions in keymgt.c were removed, and new -V, --version, and --about options were added. Minor ncurses display tweaks were made, general improvements were made for Win32 support, and a new "(e)dit configuration file" was introduced in the main menu. 'q)uit' was changed to 'q)uit w/o sending' in menusend.c. Stats downloading support was added for Win32, and a bug in buffers.c was fixed.
