mp3 CUE cutter
mp3cue cuts an input MP3 file according to the information stored in a .cue file (for example multiple tracks of DJ mix), and writes the output to multiple MP3 files.

Changes: Problems with the reassembly of certain MP3 files was fixed. The CUE parser was relaxed a bit.

Changes: CRLF encoding was fixed. Buggy frames in mp3cue are discarded.

Changes: mp3cue has been merged with poc, as it uses common functionality. However, no bloat has been added, and you don't need to build poc to use mp3cue. mp3cue now cuts cleanly at "logical frame" boundaries, so there isn't any jitter at the beginning of cut mp3s anymore. Minor bugs have been fixed.
