Changes: This release supports "mutable structs" and "enums" in the IDL, and has fixes for major bugs when extending MPSIDL interfaces, C++ and Java MPSIDL compiler backend cleanups and bugfixes, slightly better autoconfing, and minor improvements to nsMonitor.

Changes: Object-server naming has been split out from Object-server publishing, NamingService interface has changed significantly, bugfixes in the build process, and a new Java GUI for monitoring a NamingService instance.

Changes: This release includes support for MPSIDL "user exceptions", beta support for Win32, support for SIMPL shm-based transport, and a few minor bugfixes.
