muLinux is a minimalistic, but mostly complete, script-based Linux distribution that fits on a single 1722k floppy. X11, GCC, VNC, and TCL addons are supported on additional floppies. It includes many basic system functions, such as PPP and Ethernet support, mail processing, NFS, Samba, FTP, IRC Finger, ipfw, etc.

Changes: fingerd was added. A Spanish Language Module was added. Setup now can load add-ons from a file. "mu -r" now refuses to work if the kernel version is 2.4.*.


Changes: ipv4/ip_masq* modules have been added to the SRV addon. /usr/bin/fdformat was moved to /bin/fdformat. A LILO() libc5 wrapper is now available in the "Mu" script.


Changes: A statically linked "fdformat" was added in the mulinux.tgz package. Minor changes were made in the "Mu" script: fdformat, lilo, and bzip2 are now in the bin/ subdirectory. ipv4/ip_masq* modules are in the SRV addon.


Changes: Fixes in the faxd daemon and the xf86config, a loopdevice in the Mu script restored rustic detection, and a rustic ANACRON daemon (in AWK).
