Changes: The translation files are now put in "$(prefix)/share/mumabas", not always in "/usr/local/share/mumabas". The text of the MessageBoxes is also translatable.

Changes: The layout was changed a little bit. MumabAs now reads the folder variable from .muttrc to examine where the mailboxes are stored. MumabAs now also recognizes Mailbox entries starting with +.
