Changes: This version changes the way the serial connection is handled.

Changes: The code has been reorganized so that it is possible to build both the static and the dynamic library. It is now possible to use My Ericsson like a normal library, without having to copy the code inside other projects. Some bugfixes and minor features enhancements were also made.

Changes: This release just fixes a little but nasty bug: the test program named 'test', if installed, overwrote the normal test program. It has been renamed 'test-ericsson'.
