Yeah. Right now they are place holders. Not that this is partitularly complex package -- the standard
./configure
make
make install
command sequence will do the job, so long as you have Tcl/Tk, LaTeX, and ghostscript installed (and tclsh, wish, the various LaTeX binaries (latex, makeindex, and dvips) and ps2pdf are in your path).
