Changes: This release allows commenting articles, not just regular blog entries.

Changes: Release 1.0.4 was made from the wrong repository snapshot, which made it completely unusable. This release works.

Changes: Some non-obvious typos were removed, which removed some unpredictable behavior from CAPTCHA tests. On systems with E_NOTICE enabled in php.ini, NBCom will not generate warnings anymore.

Changes: The RSS feed is more customizable. JavaScript is now XHTML compatible. Some bugs were fixed. The documentation was updated to reflect current NBCom status.
