Changes: Neoeedit can now display pictures in addition to editing text. It can display large JPEG, GIF, BMP, and PNG files easily.

Changes: Several bugs were fixed. Some features were added like horizon cursor movement by alt-pageup, alt-pagedown, or alt-mouse scroll. The size of the jar file was reduced.
