NimbleX is a small but versatile operating system that is able to boot from a small 8cm CD, USB, or from the network. It doesn’t require installation or even much hardware. It is based on Slackware with the use of Linux live scripts, which provides it with thousands of free software packages that can be downloaded from the Internet. It has a GUI, a lot of built in software for browsing the Internet, writing documents, listening to music, playing movies, and more. It also has basic server functionality.
