Changes: A number of bugfixes including enabling ApeScript in all builds. Full regression testing required some updates to the ApeScript code. The source contains the Cocoa version for release later this year.

Changes: This version features the ape brain analysis menu options and a number of low-level bugfixes relating to genetics, reproduction, and the long-term stability.

Changes: A number of low-level fixes relating to the genetics and the simulation stability. XML phenotype code was added for the initial EvoGrid demonstration interface.

Changes: The code was substantially rewritten for multiple versions in the next release. This version contains the last non-XML version of the file format and possibly the last MacOS 9 (Carbon) compatible version. The source code contains the Mac OS 10.5 version, the Apple update version, the Intel update version, and the OpenGL graphics version (although all of these are not included in the executable release).

Changes: This release fixes a bug in displaying only the seen Noble Apes, and has code simplification towards OpenGL implementation.
