nsListen turns a click on a shoutcast or icecast server link into a playing, streaming mp3. It was written for Netscape (but can probably be adapted to other browsers) and defaults to using mpg123 to play the stream (edit a single line in the perl script to use xmms instead).

Changes: A user-submitted README and TCL script for graphical management set to be used as default.
