numa is a file recovery tool for the ext3/ext2 file system. It recovers deleted GIF, JPEG, MS Word, PNG, HTML, Java, and MP3 files of less than 48KB (assuming the block size is 4KB).

numa 0.2 recovers gif as well as jpeg (of files less than 48kb)
