Version 4.6.1 of OpenMap

This release included changes to the ProjectionFactory to dynamically manage projections, and a com.bbn.openmap.dataAccess.iso8211 package that provides support for reading ISO 8211 data files. A com.bbn.openmap.dataAccess.asrp package that reads ASRP image data was also included. ASRP images can be displayed using the com.bbn.openmap.layer.asrp.ASRPLayer. Many minor changes were made.

Changes: This release has MapBean changes, a BufferedLayer that can act as a group layer to buffer all layers into an image, a BufferedLayerMapBean, an updated beanbox package, fixes to the EsriPlugIn, a modified Shape dataAccess package, and a refined GraphicLoader concept. Many changes have been madde to OMGraphics.
