OPT (Outreach Project Tool) is a PHP general-purpose virtual commonplace for customers and developers to collaborate in developing projects. The system provides documents archive, e-mail archive, request tracker, task management, knowledge base, news administration, newsletter support, and a lot of other features (some project-based, some system-based).

You need to search the code for chindate> and enclose the php variable that contains the date value with single quotes. You'll encounter this problem several more times throughout, but it can be fixed the same way each time.

Hello, im prove this software and i whish report a error post intallation. before the install, the system show this error. Please help me, im not expert in open source software, i try install in wamp.
the error that show is bellow:
