Oregano
Oregano is an application for schematic capture and simulation of electrical circuits. The actual simulation is performed by SPICE, which is required for simulation, but not necessary to run the application.

Changes: This version adds a new plot window with zoom and panning capabilities. The part properties dialog was reworked. Several bugs were fixed in the "flip and rotate" tools.

Changes: This version fixed a runtime bug that occurred on the AMD64.

Changes: This release updates the French translations and adds French help. It also fixes a compilation bug that caused it to not compile with GTK 2.6. Some spelling errors were also fixed.
