Pacman for Console is a pacman game which can be played on a text-based console without using X.

Changes: A simple level editor was added. Error messages on GCC 2.96 were fixed. An introduction screen was added. Invincibility is deactivated once a level is complete.

Changes: Warning messages on GCC 4.1 have been fixed. The background color of blue ghosts has been changed to make them more visible.

it's great to see a good pac-man-type game, and the level editor is a nice touch. keep playing this one -- the levels get more interesting and challenging the further you go.
