Like this shopping cart. I have installed on my website and so far so good. Admin area is easy to use and there are many features, normally not found in similar shopping carts. I did my research.
Support is good. Their guys are very helpful.
Response from project admin
Recently we have experienced high volume of spam e-mails, that delayed e-mails delivery up to the several days. We still respond to all the questions and provide fast customers support via the customers only e-mail line.
We hope that issue with the unexpected e-mail delays will be solved soon.
Also, it is generally a good idea to post your question on our forum. Response will be provided with 24 hours.

Bad tech support
Email tech support very slow. Each question takes a couple days to get a response or no response at all. No documentation to help with questions.
Cart works
Cart worked for me just fine. I run it on Win NT.
Very intuitive, well done cart.
