Changes: This is a quick patch to correct breakage of null comparisons that crept into the 1.8.2p0 release at the last minute.

Changes: This patchlevel fixes issues with the behavior of decompose() and mix(). The mush can now listen to ports above 32000. Corrections and updates have been made to properly support MSVC++ 6 and .Net compilers on Windows systems.
