Personal WebMail

Personal WebMail is a simple Web mail system that uses CSS. It can access any POP3 email account and send email using any SMTP server. It features multiples options for reading mail, including HTML, text only, and raw modes, and can read "simple" attachments of images and audio.

Changes: The notifier now refreshes New Mail correctly with PHP 4.3.0. An error in diplaying an address when the mailhost is "localhost" has been fixed. An error in diplaying an address when "%" was present in the login has been fixed (useful for some email servers).

Changes: New features include a simple spam filter, a friend/enemy/spam list, an advanced biff-like notifier, sorting mail, a French version, the ability to show the full text of an email with headers, the ability to download email, new colors, and a new interface. Several bugfixes were made.
