Philtron
Philtron is a proxomitron-like filtering HTTP proxy written entirely in PHP. Major design goals include removing unwanted/hostile content from Web pages, better anonymity measures (HTTP headers control), superb user friendliness, and Web-based configuration.

Recent releases

Changes: The directory structure has been reorganized. The code is now viewed as a library, which can be shared between HTTP-related projects. This is the beginning of the Phaeton multi-useragent project. The docs are now on the local server. There are numerous small code improvements. A serious bug prevented properly issuing multiple requests over a persistent connection.
