PhotoShelf is a complete Web-based system for archiving, categorising, displaying, and managing photos. It has features and aesthetics missing in other systems, making it the only package needed for complete digital image housing. Features include Web upload of jpg, tarball/zip files, ability to read EXIF information from digital camera images, nested albums, efficient storage system, slide shows, and online help.

Changes: This version has been re-written from scratch using object-oriented code to improve scalability. Any user interface can be easily used with it. This current release only includes a simple test interface since the primary focus is currently back end code. The current release is only alpha test code and is intended for developers, but includes most functionality.


Changes: This release adds upload fixes, a10x album speed improvement, image ratings, search enhancements, install fixes, a system framework change, an admin page, and other tidyups and bugfixes.


Changes: This release includes numerous bugfixes including installation fixes on Red Hat 7.0, as well as several enhancements including album upload/download, image borders, more searching options, and many navigation improvements.


Changes: A major album bug has been fixed. An installation script, code consistency improvements, and other small bugfixes were also added.


Changes: A fix for the login bug, ability to download albums as tar or zip, the slideshow pops up in a new window, new albumedit help, an option for slimmer image display, and more cleanups and bugfixes.
