Changes: GCC 4.1 compiler warnings were fixed. A fatal error is no longer thrown if it can't convert from one string to another.

Changes: Support for building on PHP5 was added. The missing PHP parser code was added in idn.php. Some slight updates were made to README.documentation on how to build the reference documentation.
