PHP Gift Registry is a a Web-enabled database/wishlist that allows members to keep track of the gifts they'd like to receive and see what items other members would like to receive. Private reservations ensure gifts are not bought twice.

Changes: Outstanding bugs were fixed. Maintenance pages were added for categories and ranks.


Changes: A bug where two items were reserved and neither could be bought has been fixed. A bug where the shoppee's name was dropped in shop.php has been fixed. New users get a hashed password in their approval email. Uncategorized items not showing in the print view has been fixed. An error involving no items in "People I'm shopping for" has been fixed. forgot.asp no longer echoes the new (possibly unhashed) password.


Changes: Item quantity support was added, so you can request multiple instances of an item and different people can reserve and buy them. All messages can be emailed to you, so you don't have to check the gift registry for messages anymore. Item price has been expanded. Each person's list maintains a timestamp of when it was last modified, so you can see if someone has updated their list recently. Password hashing was added, so passwords don't need to be stored in plaintext.


Changes: This release adds a user administration page, user-defined user comments, and ALT and TEXT attributes for accessibility. Pages are mostly (if not completely) XHTML-compliant. There are new options, like help text (off by default), item delete confirmations (off by default), and email sender configuration. There are some security fixes.


Changes: This release adds two new options, anonymous purchasing and rows-per-page for your own items, a shopping list feature, and a link to the login page from the signup page. It fixes a bug with events recurring next year, fixes sort orders to sort by ranking, then description, and fixes another comment popup bug which occurred due to quotes. The way comment popups are handled has been changed, so this should be the end of these problems.
