Changes: This version fixes a bug in the client C library and the ODBC library of big endian CPUs not allowing connections to the database. It also fixes a minor problem with the SERIAL type.

Changes: This release adds stored procedures (in C at the moment, but interfacing with other languages is already possible). A SELECT SERIAL statement has been added to automatically insert values in an SERIAL type field. The precision of NUMERIC types has been augmented to 32 digits. It's now possible to query databases with the permissions of any system user.
